Refund Policy
If you had purchased our subscription through our web version at learn.readle-app.com.
If you are not satisfied with your subscription with Readle, you can request a full refund by reaching out to our Customer Support team at [email protected] within 14 days of your initial purchase.
To be eligible for a refund, you must meet one of the following criteria:
- You submit your refund request within 14 days of your initial payment.
- At any time during your subscription, you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the App.
Once we receive your request, we’ll review it and notify you via email of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method and may take 3–5 business days to process, depending on your payment provider.
If you had purchased our subscription through the Readle app on App Store or Google Play
Important Note:
- Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. Make sure to cancel the subscription manually to avoid future charges.
